We don’t like to have to enforce certain rules around cancellations & late appointments. Generally we’re understanding & will do our best to accomodate you, but sometimes we do have to enforce the rules, so here is our policy for late cancellations, no shows & late attendance.

Cancellations/No Shows
We require notification of cancellation or reschedule at least 1 day prior to your appointment. Cancellation fees/pass deduction may be applied for frequent and short notice cancellations.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so please let us know if something unexpected has come up.
Cancellations fees are as follows:
First Time: 50% of Consultation fee.
Further Cancellations: Full consult fee/pass deduction. We reserve the right to place restrictions on your appointments, which may include restricting appointments to off-peak days or times, requesting pre-payment or only allowing bookings to be made on the day of appointment.
Late Attendance
If you’re late to your appointment, please let us know in advance if possible. We’ll always do our best to accomodate you, but we may need to cut an appointment short or reschedule to another time of the day where there’s availability.
For regular late attendance we reserve the right to place restrictions on your appointments, which may include only restricting appointments to off-peak days or times.
